Expertise spans diverse range of roles, including AI, Client Account Management, Pre-sales, Customer Success, Application Solution Architecture, Product/Project Implementation, and Testing Services. Has successfully delivered complex integration, migration, fraud prevention and testing projects for clients such as CBA, BOQ, eHealth NSW, Government, Insurance, and Utility sectors.
